RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
STORE CREDIT ONLY.
We provide a 7-day exchange/return period for store credit only, available both online and in-store for eligible items. Refunds are not offered. Kindly review the item description carefully before completing your purchase. Please note that items labeled as FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns.
ONLINE RETURNS
To request a return label, please email us at shopcalistanyc@gmail.com. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and the return label cost will be deducted from store credit. If you're returning item(s) by mail, ensure that the package is scanned within the 7-day delivery window.
IN-STORE RETURNS
Alternatively, you may bring your item back to our Whitestone location with a copy of your receipt within 7 days in order to qualify for store credit.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Item(s) must meet the following criteria:
Item(s) must be in the same condition that you received item(s): unworn, unused, unscented, unaltered with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
FINAL SALE
Sale items are considered final sale. Bodysuits, swimwear and accessories are considered final sale. Custom items are considered final sale. Items marked final sale are not eligible for returns.
